James F. Sherry *** U.S. Army Air Corps *** 1942-1944

 

James was a machine gunner on a bomber that was shot down over Austria's oil fields on May 10, 1944. We lost James and the crew that day and he is buried with his crew in the National Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.
